AN ACT to continue the operation of Section forty-one of the Forests Aet, 1918, as amended by the Forests Aet Amendment Acts, 1924 and 1927.

E it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by

_Band with the advice and consent of the Legislative

Council and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows :—

Short title. 1.

This Act may be cited as the Forests Act Amend- ment Act, 1928, and shall be read as one with the Forests

Act, 1918, hereinafter referred to as the principal Act.

Continuation of 2.

Section forty-one of the principal Act shall, as from the 1st day of July, 1928, continue in force as amended by the Forests Act Amendment Acts, 1924 and 1927, and this Act until the thirtieth day of June, 1929, and no longer.
