AN ACT to continue the operation of Subsections (2) and (3) of Section forty-one of the Forests Act, 1918, as amended by the Forests Act Amendment Act, 1924.

B E it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, byCouncil and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, inand with the advice and consent of the Legislative

this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of

the same, as follows:—

1. This Act may be cited as the Forests Act Amendment Short title.

Subsections (2) and (3) of section forty-one of the Forests Act, 1918, shall continue in force as amended	Continuance of Act
No. 31 of 1021.
by the Forests Act Amendment Act, 1924, and shall be deemed to have so continued in force from the 30th day of June, 1925, and section three of the Forests Act Amendment Act, 1924, is amended by striking out "1925" and substituting "1926."
