2 Forestry (State Forests Revocation) No. 308, 1992 ˙ Short title 1. This order in council may be cited as the Forestry (State Forests Revocation) Order 1992 . ˙ Revocation of setting apart and declaration of State Forests 2. The setting apart and declaration of— (a) the State Forests mentioned in Part 1 of the Schedule; and (b) the parts of the State Forests mentioned in Part 2 of the Schedule; are revoked under section 26 of the Act.
