PART 2—AMENDMENT OF FORESTRY (STATE FORESTS) REGULATION 1987 2 Regulation amended in pt 2 This part amends the Forestry (State Forests) Regulation 1987. 3 Amendment of sch (State forests) (1) Schedule, ‘SF 27 on plan FTY 1447’, ‘SF 127 on plan FTY 1688’ and ‘SF 150 on plan FTY 832’— omit. (2) Schedule— insert — ‘SF 27 on plan FTY 1447 including lot 1 on CP 860403 SF 127 on plan FTY 1688 excluding the area of 20.06 ha shown on SP 128605 as area to be excised (road) SF 150 on plan FTY 832 including lot 9 on SP 127797’.

(2) Schedule 2— insert — ‘Edmund Kennedy National Park Lot 34 on plan NPW877 situated in the County of Cardwell, containing an area of about 10 800 ha Eubenangee Swamp National Park Lot 157 on plan NPW880 situated in the County of Nares, containing an area of about 1 900 ha’.
