Forestry (State Forests) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2010 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Forestry (State Forests) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2010 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Forestry(StateForests)Regulation 1987. 3 Amendment of schedule (State forests) (1) Schedule— insert — ‘Lot 67 on plan FTY1869’. (2) Schedule, entry for SF 611 on plan FTY1687— omit , insert — ‘SF 611 on plan FTY1687 together with lot 2 on AP2998, lot 914 on plan CG961, lot 79 on plan CG1223, the areas of unallocated State land shown on plans RA5017 and RA5252 as road to be closed and lot 24 on SP224582 but excluding the area shown on CP913587 as road to be opened, lot 611 on AP6214 and lot 1 on SP185011’.
