Forestry (State Forests) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2009 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Forestry (State Forests) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2009 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Forestry(StateForests)Regulation 1987. 3 Amendment of schedule (State forests) (1) Schedule, entries for SF 229, SF 281, and SF 381 on plan FTY954— omit . (2) Schedule— insert — ‘SF 229 on plan FTY1262 excluding lot 1 on SP154312 SF 281 on plan FTY980 excluding lot 203 on SP178621 SF 381 on plan FTY954 together with lot 936 on plan B3758 but excluding lot 381 on AP6329 and lot 65 on SP172064’.
