s1 2 s3 Forestry (State Forests) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2007 No. 30, 2007 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Forestry (State Forests) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2007 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Forestry(StateForests)Regulation 1987. 3 Amendment of schedule (State forests) (1) Schedule, entries for SF 561 and SF 611— omit. (2) Schedule— insert— ‘SF 561 on plan FTY1655 excluding lot 10 on CP907012, lot 100 on SP160896, lot 300 on SP195863 and lot 561 on AP6215 SF 611 on plan FTY1687 together with lot 79 on plan CG1223, lot 2 on AP2998, lot 914 on plan CG961 and the areas of unallocated State land shown on plans RA5017 and RA5252 as road to be closed but excluding the area shown on CP913587 as road to be opened, lot 611 on AP6214 and lot 1 on SP185011’.
