s1 2 s3 Forestry (State Forests) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2006 No. 80, 2006 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Forestry (State Forests) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2006 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Forestry(StateForests)Regulation 1987. 3 Amendment of schedule (State forests) Schedule, entry for SF1294— omit, insert— ‘SF1294 on plan FTY1705 excluding lot 1294 on AP6330, lots 1 to 9 and 99 on AP13122 and the area shown on SP159823 as area to be excised . ’.
