s1 2 s3 Forestry (State Forests) Amendment Regulation No. 210, 2003 (No. 1) 2003 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Forestry (State Forests) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2003 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Forestry (State Forests) Regulation 1987. 3 Amendment of sch (State forests) (1) Schedule, entries for SF 27 on plan FTY 1447, SF 29, SF 98, SF 236, SF 249 on plan FTY 1673, SF 583, SF 898 and SF 1239— omit. (2) Schedule— insert — ‘SF 27 on plan FTY 1447 including lot 1 on CP 860403 but excluding the area shown on CP 860403 as road to be opened and lot 11 on CP 860464 SF 29 on plan FTY 1847 SF 98 on plan FTY 1777 SF 236 on plan FTY 1355 excluding lot 1 on SP 158692 SF 249 on plan FTY 1673 excluding lot 249 on AP 6303 and excluding the area shown on SP 116483 as area to be added SF 583 on plan FTY 1595 excluding lot 583 on AP 6327 and the areas shown on SP 144762 1 as areas to be excised from lot 583 on FTY 1595 SF 898 on plan FTY 1820’. 1 The areas are lot 4 and the area to be excised for road to be opened.
