s1 2 s3 Forestry (State Forests) Amendment Regulation No. 175, 2001 (No. 1) 2001 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Forestry (State Forests) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2001 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Forestry (State Forests) Regulation 1987. 3 Amendment of schedule (State forests) (1) Schedule, ‘SF 135 on plan FTY 1638’ and ‘SF 929 on plan FTY 1247’— omit. (2) Schedule— insert — ‘SF 3 on plan FTY 1840 SF 135 on plan FTY 1638 excluding the area of about 1.4 ha shown hachured on plan AP 3848 SF 929 on plan FTY 1839’. ENDNOTES 1.
