This regulation may be cited as the Forestry (State Forests) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 1999 . ˙ Regulation amended 2. This regulation amends the Forestry (State Forests) Regulation1987. ˙ Amendment of schedule (State forests) 3.(1) Schedule, ‘SF 117 on plan FTY 1615’— omit, insert— ‘SF 117 on plan FTY 1772’. (2) Schedule, ‘SF 431 on plan FTY 1567 excluding the area of unallocated State land shown on plan CP 886931 as road to be opened’— omit, insert— ‘SF 431 on plan FTY 1753’.
