2 Forestry (State Forest 50) No. 307, 1992 ˙ Short title 1. This order in council may be cited as the Forestry (State Forest 50) Order 1992 . ˙ Land set apart and declared as State Forest 2. The land described in Part 1 of the Schedule is set apart and declared as a State Forest under section 25 of the Act. ˙ Amalgamation of State Forests 3. The State Forest mentioned in section 2 is amalgamated with contiguous State Forest 50 under section 27 of the Act. ˙ Description of State Forest resulting from amalgamation 4. The description of the State Forest constituted by the amalgamation is set out in Part 2 of the Schedule.
