2 Forestry (State Forest 129) No. 352, 1992 ˙ Short title 1. This order in council may be cited as the Forestry (State Forest 129) Order 1992 . ˙ Declaration of state forest 2.(1) Portion 47 on plan Mc.548 is set apart and declared as a state forest. (2) Plan Mc.548 is held by the department that deals with matters arising under the Surveyors Act 1977 . ˙ Amalgamation of state forests 3.(1) The state forest specified in section 2 is amalgamated with SF 129 on plan FTY 1548. (2) SF 129 on plan FTY 1635 comprises the state forests amalgamated under subsection (1). (3) A reference to a plan in this section is a reference to the plan held by the department. ENDNOTES 1.
