2 Forestry (Reserves and Management Areas) No. 381, 1992 ˙ Short title 1. This order in council may be cited as the Forestry (Reserves and Management Areas) Order 1992 . ˙ Reference to plan 2. A reference to a plan in a Schedule is a reference to the plan held by the department. ˙ Timber reserves 3. Each of the areas of Crown land described in Schedule 1 is set apart as a timber reserve. ˙ Feature protection areas 4. Each of the areas of state forest described in Schedule 2 is declared to be a feature protection area. ˙ Scientific areas 5. Each of the areas of state forest described in Schedule 3 is declared to be a scientific area. ˙ Repeal 6. The following orders in council published in the Gazette are repealed— (a) the order in council published on 1 February 1936 at page 253, that set apart land for forestry purposes; (b) the order in council published on 18 November 1950 at page 2225, that set apart land for timber purposes; (c) the order in council published on 14 June 1952 at page 764, that set apart land for forestry purposes; (d) the order in council published on 8 March 1958 at page 1108, that set apart land for forestry purposes;
