I, PHILIP MICHAEL JEFFERY, Governor‑General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council and under item 3 of the table in subsection 2 (1) of the Forestry Marketing and Research and Development Services (Transitional and Consequential Provisions) Act 2007, fix 3 September 2007 as the day on which Schedule 2 to that Act commences.
