Forestry and Nature Conservation Legislation Amendment Regulation (No. 3) 2011 Part 1 Preliminary [s 1] Part 1 Preliminary 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Forestry and Nature Conservation Legislation Amendment Regulation (No. 3) 2011 . 2 Main purpose of regulation (1) The main purpose of this regulation is to revoke the dedication of Conway Forest Reserve 2 mentioned in section 6(1) to allow each part of Conway Forest Reserve 2 to become a protected area. (2) All of Conway Forest Reserve 2 is dedicated as either a new protected area or part of a protected area under part 4.
