IA18957 The powers of the chief executive under this regulation or the Administration Regulation other than the power to— (a) charge a fee for entry to the park; or (b) grant any of the following— (i) a permit to take, use, keep or interfere with cultural or natural resources; (ii) an apiary permit; (iii) an Aboriginal tradition authority or Island custom authority; (iv) a commercial activity permit or special activity permit; or (c) enter into a commercial activity agreement.’.
