Part 2 Amendment of Forestry (State Forests) Regulation 1987 2 Regulation amended in pt 2 This part amends the Forestry(StateForests)Regulation 1987. 3 Amendment of schedule (State forests) (1) Schedule, entries for SF 74 on plan FTY1686 and SF 150 on plan FTY832— omit. (2) Schedule— insert— ‘SF 74 on plan FTY1686 together with the area of unallocated State land shown as road to be closed, but excluding the area shown as road to be opened, on SP166541 SF 150 on plan FTY832 together with lot 9 on SP127797 but excluding the areas shown on SP167011 as road to be opened’.
