Part 2 Amendment of Forestry (State Forests) Regulation 1987 2 Regulation amended in pt 2 This part amends the Forestry(StateForests)Regulation 1987. 3 Amendment of schedule (State forests) (1) Schedule, entries for SF12 on plan FTY1580, SF194, SF353, SF589 and SF611— omit. (2) Schedule— insert— ‘SF12 on plan FTY1580 together with lot 1 on RP194983, lot 1 on RP201459, lot 1 on CP867363, lots A and B on AP4661, lots 38 and 53 on plan FY516 but excluding lot 12 on AP6230 SF194 on plan FTY1856 together with lots 4 and 5 on AP7409 and lot 212 on SP181651 Lot 353 on plan FTY1861 SF589 on plan FTY1827 together with lot 1 on AP1883, lot 1 on AP1884, lots 1 and 3 on AP5223 and lot 2 on AP5217 but excluding lot 589 on AP6213 and the areas shown on AP5217, AP5223 and DP124807 as road to be opened

Part 3 Amendment of Nature Conservation (Forest Reserves) Regulation 2000 4 Regulation amended in pt 3 This part amends the Nature Conservation (Forest Reserves)Regulation 2000. 5 Amendment of schedule (Forest reserves) Schedule, entry for Dawes Forest Reserve 2— omit, insert— ‘Dawes Forest Reserve 2 Lot 353 on AP14619 situated in the County of Clinton, containing an area of about 3013ha’. Part 4 Amendment of Nature Conservation (Protected Areas) Regulation 1994 6 Regulation amended in pt 4 This part amends the Nature Conservation (Protected Areas) Regulation 1994.

s7 4 s8 Forestry and Nature Conservation Legislation No. 137, 2006 Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2006 7 Amendment of sch 2 (National parks) Schedule 2, entry for Noosa National Park— omit, insert— ‘Noosa National Park Lot 7 on SP104252 and lot 147 on plan NPW889, other than lot 11 on SP161940 as area to be excised from lot 147 on NPW889, situated in the counties of Canning and March, containing an area of about 2881ha’. 8 Amendment of sch 3 (Conservation parks) Schedule 3— insert— ‘Ningi Creek Conservation Park Tingalpa Creek Conservation Park Lot 153 on plan C311492 situated in the County of Canning, containing an area of 62.726ha Lot 12 on RP80674 situated in the County of Stanley, containing an area of 11.586ha’.
