Forestry and Nature Conservation Legislation Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2010 Part 1 Preliminary [s 1] Part 1 Preliminary 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Forestry and Nature Conservation Legislation Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2010 . 2 Main purpose of pts 2–5 of regulation (1) The main purpose of parts 2 to 5 of this regulation is to revoke the dedication of parts of the forest reserves mentioned in section 8(1) to allow each part of the forest reserve (a revoked forest reserve area ) to become a protected area. (2) Each revoked forest reserve area is dedicated as a protected area or part of a protected area under part 5. Part 2 Amendment of Forestry Regulation 1998 3 Regulation amended This part amends the Forestry Regulation 1998. 4 Amendment of sch 1 (Timber reserves) Schedule 1, entry for TR 165 on plan FTY1722— omit , insert — ‘TR 165 on plan FTY1722 excluding lots 1 and 2 on AP19216, lot 7 on SP189923, lot 1 on DP217466, lots 1 to 3 on DP226636 and land shown on DP217466 and DP226636 as new road’. 2010 SL No. 51 Page 3
