Part 2 Amendment of Forestry (State Forests) Regulation 1987 2 Regulation amended in pt 2 This part amends the Forestry(StateForests)Regulation 1987. 3 Amendment of schedule (State forests) (1) Schedule, entries for SF 194, SF 867, SF 956 and SF 1322— omit. (2) Schedule— insert— ‘Lot 194 on plan FTY1870 SF 867 on plan FTY938 together with lot 24 on plan CI76 SF 956 on plan FTY1817 together with lot 27 on SP190931 SF 1322 on plan FTY1700 together with lot 550 on plan NR7202’.

Part 4 Amendment of Nature Conservation (Protected Areas Management) Regulation 2006 7 Regulation amended in pt 4 This part amends the Nature Conservation (Protected Areas Management) Regulation 2006. 8 Amendment of sch 3 (Permitted uses in prescribed national parks) Schedule 3— insert— ‘Conway National Park—the part identified as ‘Proposed Authority Area’ on plan S35Conway–1 an electricity distribution use’.
