Part 2 Amendment of Forestry Regulation 1998 2 Regulation amended in pt 2 This part amends the Forestry Regulation 1998. 3 Amendment of sch 2 (Feature protection areas) Schedule 2, entries for FPA 1 and FPA 110— omit. 4 Amendment of sch 3 (Scientific areas) Schedule 3, entry for SA 45— omit. Part 3 Amendment of Forestry (State Forests) Regulation 1987 5 Regulation amended in pt 3 This part amends the Forestry(StateForests)Regulation 1987.

s 13 6 s 13 Forestry and Nature Conservation Legislation No. 118, 2006 Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2006 ‘1A Bayview Conservation Park ‘(1) The trustees of the Bayview Conservation Park have, for the conservation park, the powers of the chief executive under chapters 1 and 2. ‘(2) However, the trustees do not have power— (a) to charge a fee for entry to the park; or (b) to grant any of the following— (i) an Aboriginal tradition or Island custom authority; (ii) a permit to take, use, keep or interfere with cultural or natural resources.’.
