Part 2 Amendment of Forestry (State Forests) Regulation 1987 2 Regulation amended in pt 2 This part amends the Forestry(StateForests)Regulation 1987. 3 Amendment of schedule (State forests) Schedule, entries for SF 302 and SF 589— omit, insert — ‘SF 302 on plan FTY 1349 together with lot 10 on plan AU 83 SF 589 on plan FTY 1827 excluding lot 589 on AP 6213 and the areas shown on AP 5217, AP 5223 and DP 124807 as road to be opened’.
