PART 2—AMENDMENT OF FORESTRY REGULATION 1998 2 Regulation amended in pt 2 This part amends the Forestry Regulation 1998. 3 Amendment of sch 1 (Timber reserves) Schedule 1, ‘TR 394 on plan FTY 1591’— omit. PART 3—AMENDMENT OF FORESTRY (STATE FORESTS) REGULATION 1987 4 Regulation amended in pt 3 This part amends the Forestry (State Forests) Regulation 1987. 5 Amendment of schedule (State forests) Schedule, ‘SF 658 on plan FTY 1649’— omit, insert— ‘SF 658 on plan FTY 1807’.

(2) Schedule 2— insert — ‘Girringun National Park (formerly Lumholtz National Park) Lot 18 on plan NPW667 Sheets 1 to 3 situated in the counties of Cardwell and Wairuna, containing an area of about 171 000 ha’. (3) Schedule 2, entry for Clump Mountain National Park— omit, insert— ‘Clump Mountain National Park Lot 115 on plan NPW502 and lot 555 on plan NR6448 situated in the County of Nares, containing an area of about 283 ha’. 8 Amendment of sch 3 (Conservation parks) Schedule 3, entry for Bakers Creek Conservation Park (formerly Environmental Park 799, County of Carlisle)—
