This regulation amends the Forestry Regulation 1987 . ˙ Amendment of sch 2 (State forests) 3.(1) Schedule 2, after ‘SF 12 on plan FTY 1009’— insert— ‘excluding the area of unallocated State land shown as road to be opened in lot 12 on plan CP 854358’. (2) Schedule 2— insert— ‘SF 13 on plan FTY 1715’. (3) Schedule 2, from ‘SF 28’ to ‘RW 859 as portion 5’— omit, insert— ‘SF 28 on plan FTY 1711’. (4) Schedule 2, from ‘SF 341’ to ‘RA 3964 as road to be opened’— omit, insert— ‘SF 341 on plan FTY 1716’.
