s1 2 s3 Forestry Amendment (No. 6) No. 483, 1997 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Forestry Amendment Regulation (No. 6) 1997 . ˙ Regulation amended 2. This regulation amends the Forestry Regulation 1987 . ˙ Amendment of sch 2 (State forests) 3.(1) Schedule 2, ‘SF 42 on plan FTY 1017 excluding the area of Crown land shown on plan R4-312 as road to be opened’— omit, insert— ‘SF 42 on plan FTY 1767’. (2) Schedule 2, ‘SF 50 on plan FTY 1627’— omit, insert— ‘SF 50 on plan FTY 1627 excluding the area of unallocated State land shown on plan CP 865882 as area to be excised and the area of unallocated State land shown on plan LE 324 as road to be opened’. (3) Schedule 2, ‘SF 81 on plan FTY 1174 including lot 1 on plan CVE 670’— omit, insert— ‘SF 81 on plan FTY 1766’. (4) Schedule 2, ‘SF 154 on plan FTY 1492 including lot 35 on plan DY 855 but excluding the area of unallocated State land shown on plan RA 4221 as road to be opened and excluding the area of unallocated State land shown on plan CP 882916 as area to be excised’— omit, insert— ‘SF 154 on plan FTY 1763’. (5) Schedule 2, ‘SF 194 on plan FTY 1695’— omit, insert— ‘SF 194 on plan FTY 1695 excluding the area of unallocated State land

Schedule 4— insert— ‘FPA 16 on plan FSM 127’. ˙ Repeals 6.(1) The following instruments are repealed— (a) the order in council published in the gazette on 10 December 1938 at page 2 514 reserving and setting apart land

s6 4 s6 Forestry Amendment (No. 6) No. 483, 1997 in the county of Yarrol, parish of Tellebang for timber purposes; (b) the order in council published in the gazette on 24 January 1942 at page 180 reserving and setting apart land in the county of Yarrol, parish of Tellebang for timber purposes; (c) the order in council published in the gazette on 19 December 1959 at page 2 205 reserving and setting apart land in the county of Bulwer, parish of Moraby for timber purposes. (2) To avoid any doubt, the reservation of land mentioned in subsection (1)(c) is revoked. (3) This section expires on the day it commences. ENDNOTES 1.
