s1 2 s4 Forestry Amendment (No. 5) No. 276, 1995 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Forestry Amendment Regulation (No. 5) 1995 . ˙ Regulation amended 2. This regulation amends the Forestry Regulation 1987 . ˙ Insertion of new s 40A 3. Part 6, after section 40— insert— ˙ ‘ Revocation of setting apart of timber reserve commonly known as TR 494 ‘ 40A.(1) The setting apart of the timber reserve comprising land in the Gympie land agent’s district described in the order in council gazetted on 9 February 1935 at page 351 is revoked. 1 ‘ (2) This section expires on the day it commences.’. ˙ Amendment of sch 2 (State forests) 4.(1) Schedule 2— omit — ‘SF 34 on plan FTY 1602 SF 69 on plan FTY 1573 SF 194 on plan FTY 1656 SF 328 on plan FTY 1331 SF 461 on plan FTY 1600 SF 591 on plan FTY 1586 SF 679 on plan FTY 1147 1 The timber reserve, commonly known as TR 494, was taken to be set apart and declared as a timber reserve by the Act, repealed section 28(2).
