s1 2 s4 Forestry Amendment (No. 4) No. 310, 1998 PART 1—PRELIMINARY ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Forestry Amendment Regulation (No. 4) 1998 . PART 2—AMENDMENT OF FORESTRY REGULATION 1998 ˙ Regulation amended 2. This part amends the Forestry Regulation 1998 . ˙ Amendment of sch 1 (Timber reserves) 3. Schedule 1, entry for TR 170— omit, insert— ‘TR 170 on plan FTY 1282 including the area of Crown land shown on plan CP 859988 as road to be closed and excluding lot 122 on plan SP 108702’. PART 3—REPEALS ˙ Repeal of order and proclamation 4. The following instruments are repealed— • the Forestry (State Forests Revocation) Order 1992 • the proclamation made under section 32 of the Act and gazetted on 16 October 1992 at pages 672 to 675.
