(2) Schedule 5— insert— ‘SA 4 on plan FSM 17 SA 10 on plan FSM 124 SA 21 on plan FSM 125’. ˙ Repeals 7.(1) The following instruments are repealed— (a) the order in council published in the gazette on 18 May 1935 at page 2085 reserving land in the county of Rochedale, parishes of Haslingden, Heywood and Norden for the preservation of timber; (b) the order in council published in the gazette on 6 October 1951 at page 382 to the extent that it amended the order in council mentioned in paragraph (a).
