s1 2 s4 Forestry Amendment (No. 4) No. 200, 1995 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Forestry Amendment Regulation (No. 4) 1995 . ˙ Regulation amended 2. This regulation amends the Forestry Regulation 1987 . ˙ Insertion of new s 40A 3. After section 40, in part 6— insert— ˙ ‘ Revocation of State forest 9 on plan FTY 983 ‘ 40A.(1) The setting apart and declaration of the state forest shown as SF 9 on plan FTY 983 is revoked. ‘ (2) This section expires on the day it commences.’ ˙ Amendment of sch 2 (State forests) 4.(1) Schedule 2, ‘SF 9 on plan FTY 983’— omit . (2) Schedule 2, ‘SF 88 on plan FTY 1621’— omit, insert— ‘SF 88 on plan FTY 1689’. (3) Schedule 2, ‘SF 274 on plan FTY 1637’— omit, insert— ‘SF 274 on plan FTY 1680’. (4) Schedule 2, ‘SF 289 on plan FTY 1266’— omit, insert— ‘SF 289 on plan FTY 1640’. (5) Schedule 2, ‘SF 502 on plan FTY 1518 excluding the area of Crown land as shown on plan RA 5107 as road to be opened’—
