2 Forestry Amendment (No. 4) No. 239, 1993 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Forestry Amendment Regulation (No. 4) 1993 . ˙ Amended regulation 2. The Forestry Regulation 1987 is amended as set out in this regulation. ˙ Amendment of Schedule 2 (State forests) 3. Schedule 2— omit ‘ SF 792 on plan FTY 1625 ’, insert— ‘ SF 792 on FTY 1625 SF 809 on FTY 1630 ’. ˙ Repeal 4. The order in council made in relation to timber reserve 315 that was published in the Gazette on 7 June 1986 at pages 1089–90 is repealed. ENDNOTES 1.
