s1 2 s4 Forestry Amendment (No. 3) No. 312, 1996 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Forestry Amendment Regulation (No. 3) 1996 . ˙ Regulation amended 2. This regulation amends the Forestry Regulation 1987 . ˙ Insertion of new s 40A 3. After section 40— insert— ˙ ‘ Exclusion of land for use as a road ‘ 40A.(1) The land within stations 4a–3a–2a–4a, shown on CP 893927 as road to be opened, is excluded for use as a road from the State forest in the county of Ward, parish of Witheren reserved and declared by proclamation published in the gazette on 12 April 1947 at page 1080. (2) This section expires on the day it commences.’. ˙ Amendment of sch 2 (State forests) 4.(1) Schedule 2, ‘SF 15 on plan FTY 1142’— omit, insert— ‘SF 15 on plan FTY 1668’. (2) Schedule 2, ‘SF 34 on plan FTY 1628’— omit, insert— ‘SF 34 on plan FTY 1751’. (3) Schedule 2, from ‘SF 44 on plan FTY 1164’ to ‘to be opened’ omit, insert— ‘SF 44 on plan FTY 1714’. s8 5 s8 Forestry Amendment (No. 3) No. 312, 1996 ˙ Repeals 8.(1) The following instruments are repealed— • the order in council published in the gazette on 11 December 1937 at page 2 000 reserving and setting apart land in the county of March, parish of Gundiah for forestry purposes; • the order in council published in the gazette on 27 April 1957 at pages 1470–1, to the extent that it reserved and set apart land in the county of Lennox, parish of Brooloo for forestry (lookout) purposes (R. 598). (2) To avoid any doubt, the reserving and setting apart of land mentioned in subsection (1) is revoked. (3) This section expires on the day it commences. ENDNOTES 1.
