s1 2 s4 Forestry Amendment (No. 2) No. 95, 1995 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Forestry Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 1995 . ˙ Regulation amended 2. This regulation amends the Forestry Regulation 1987 . ˙ Replacement of s 35 (State forests) 3. Section 35— omit, insert— ˙ ‘ State forests ‘ 35. Each area of Crown land or timber reserve described in Schedule 2 is set apart and declared as a state forest.’. ˙ Replacement of s 39 (Reference to plan) 4. Section 39— omit, insert— ˙ ‘ Areas referred to on plans ‘ 39. For Schedules 2 to 7— (a) a plan with a number beginning with FTY or FSM is a plan held by the department; and (b) another plan is a plan held by the department administering the Land Act 1994 ; and (c) an area within a series of stations, is the area within a boundary fixed by a line— • starting at the first station mentioned in the series • then in a direct line from station to station, in the order mentioned, to the last station • then in a direct line to the first station.’.
