2 Forestry Amendment (No. 2) No. 145, 1993 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Forestry Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 1993 . ˙ Amended regulation 2. The Forestry Regulation 1987 is amended as set out in this regulation. ˙ Replacement of s.39 (Reference to plan) 3. Section 39— omit, insert— ˙ ‘Reference to plan ‘39. The description of an area in Schedules 2 to 5— (a) by reference to a plan, the number of which uses the prefix ‘FTY’ or ‘FSM’, is a plan held by the department; or (b) by reference to another plan is a plan held by the department that deals with matters arising under the Land Act 1962 . ’. ˙ Replacement of Schedule 2 (State forests) 4.
