Forestry Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2010 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Forestry Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2010 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Forestry Regulation 1998. 3 Amendment of sch 1 (Timber reserves) Schedule 1, entry for TR 165 on plan FTY1722— omit , insert — ‘TR 165 on plan FTY1722 excluding lots 1 and 2 on AP19216, lot 7 on SP189923, lot 1 on SP217466, lots 1 to 3 on SP226636, lots 15 and 78 on DP215748 V1, lot 60 on DP215750 V1, lot 172 on SP224303, lot 38 on DP224306 V1, lot 37 on DP224307 V1, lot 572 on SP224309, lots 372 and 472 on SP224310, lot 10 on DP224311 V0, lots 672, 772 and 872 on DP235309 V1 and land shown on SP217466, SP226636, DP215748 V1, DP215750 V1, DP224311 V0 and DP235309 V1 as new road’.
