s1 2 s3 Forestry Amendment (No. 1) No. 207, 1996 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Forestry Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 1996 . ˙ Regulation amended 2. This regulation amends the Forestry Regulation 1987 . ˙ Amendment of s 7 (Fees) 3. Section 7— insert— ‘ (2) However, for a fee payable for a matter mentioned in schedule 1, paragraphs (a) to (h), if the activity under the permit is for an educational, charitable, cultural, environmental or scientific purpose, payment of the fee is waived to the extent (including entirely) the corporation considers appropriate in the circumstances.’.
