2 Forestry Amendment (No. 1) No. 60, 1994 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Forestry Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 1994 . ˙ Amended regulation 2. The Forestry Regulation 1987 is amended as set out in this regulation. ˙ Amendment of Schedule 2 (State forests) 3.(1) Schedule 2— omit ‘ SF 98 on FTY 1045 ’, insert ‘ SF 98 on FTY 1654 ’. (2) Schedule 2— insert— ‘ SF 50 on FTY 1627 SF 129 on FTY 1635 SF 143 on FTY 1606 SF 194 on FTY 1656 SF 432 on FTY 1642 SF 531 on FTY 1653 SF 589 on FTY 1657 SF 840 on FTY 1633 ’. ˙ Repeals 4. The following statutory rules published in the Gazette are repealed— (a) the order in council made in relation to State Forest 917 and published on 2 August 1980 at page 2171; (b) the Forestry (State Forest 50) Order 1992 ; (c) the Forestry (State Forest 129) Order 1992 .
