2 Forestry Amendment (No. 1) No. 192, 1992 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Forestry Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 1992 . ˙ Commencement 2. This regulation commences on 1 July 1992. ˙ Amended regulation 3. The Forestry Regulation 1987 is amended as set out in this regulation. ˙ Omission of ss.2–4 4. Sections 2 to 4— omit. ˙ Amendment of s.5 (Interpretation) 5. Section 5, definition “the Act” — omit. ˙ Amendment of Schedule 2 (Fees) 6. Schedule 2, clause (h)— omit, insert— ‘ (h) fee payable for a permit to camp, per night— (i) by a person over 4 years participating in an educational tour or camp that is approved by the Conservator of Forests . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . (ii) by any other person over 4 years . . . . . . . . . . . . . . (iii) by a family group, consisting of more than 4 persons with no more than 2 persons over 15 years $ 1.00 2.00 10.00 ’.
