FORESTRY ACT 1916—REGULATION
(Relating to fees)

HIS Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council,
and in pursuance of the Forestry Act 1916, has been pleased to make the
Regulation set forth hereunder.

Commencement
1. This Regulation commences on 1 January 1992.
Amendment
2. The Forestry Regulation 1983 is amended by omitting Schedule 1
and by inserting instead the following Schedule:

EXPLANATORY NOTE
The object of this Regulation is to amend the Forestry Regulation 1983 for the purpose of increasing fees payable in respect of licences, permits and other matters under the Forestry Act 1916.
