FORESTRY ACT 1916 - REGULATION
(Relating to fees)

HIS Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of the Forestry Act 1916, has been pleased to make the Regulation set forth hereunder.

Commencement
1. This Regulation commences on 1 January 1991.
Amendments
2. The Forestry Regulation 1983 is amended:
| (a) | by omitting from clause 85 (2) the matter "$500.00" and by inserting instead the matter "$600.00"; |
| (b) | by omitting Schedule 1 and by inserting instead the following Schedule: |

EXPLANATORY NOTE
The object of this Regulation is to amend the Forestry Regulation 1983 for the
purpose of increasing:
| (a) | from $500.00 to $600.00 the maximum fee that the Forestry Commission may require to be paid to meet the costs of dealing with an application for |
a clearing licence in respect of trees in the Eastern and Central Division of
New South Wales and to be incurred in supervising the operations to be undertaken under the authority of the licence; and
| (b) | certain other fees payable in respect of licences, permits and other matters |
