FOREST MANAGEMENT AMENDMENT REGULATIONS (No. 3) 1996

Made by the Lieutenant-Governor and deputy of the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1.  These regulations may be cited as the Forest Management Amendment

28 May 19961 GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, WA 2205

Regulation 128C amended

2.   Regulation 1280 (3) of the Forest Management Regulations 1993* is

amended by deleting "subregulation (2) (c)" and substituting the following —

subregulation (2) (b) ".
