Forest Management Amendment

Regulations (No. 2) 2006

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Forest Management Amendment
Regulations (No. 2) 2006.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation on the day on which the
Land Information Authority Act 2006 comes into operation.

3.             The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Forest
Management Regulations 1993*.

4.             Regulation 80 amended

Regulation 80(2) is amended by deleting “Department of Land
Administration” and inserting instead —
“

Minister for Lands referred to in the Land

Administration Act 1997 section 7(1)

”.
