Made by the Lieutenant-Governor and deputy of the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1.     These regulations may be cited as the Forest Management Amendment

Regulations (No. 2) 1995.

Regulation 101 amended

2.      Regulation 101 (1) (a) of the Forest Management Regulations 1993* is

amended by inserting after "one time" the following
