Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Forest Management
Amendment Regulations 2003.

2.            The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Forest
Management Regulations 1993*.

3.            Regulation 73 amended

(1)	Regulation 73(1) is amended by deleting "subregulations (2) and (3) and".
(2)	Regulation 73(2) is repealed.
(3)	Regulation 73(3) is repealed.
