Forest Management Amendment

Regulations 2000

Made by the Administrator in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Forest Management
Amendment Regulations 2000.

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation on 1 July 2000.

3.            The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Forest
Management Regulations 1993* .

4.            Regulation 100 amended

Regulation 100 is amended as follows:

(a) in paragraph (a) by deleting "$7" and inserting

instead —

(b) in paragraph (b) by deleting "$14" and inserting

instead —
" $15.40 ".

5.            Schedule 2A amended

Parts 2 and 3 of Schedule 2A are deleted and the following Parts are inserted instead

Description Fee

1.	Per person 16 years and over	6.00
2.	Per person under 16	2.50
3.	Per family	14.00

Part 3— Fees for use of camping sites in State forests and

timber reserves

Description	Fee
$

1. Daily camping fee for site with no ablutions,
showers and caravan sites —

site for not more than 2 persons	10.00
each additional person 16 years and	5.50
over
each additional person under 16 years	2.00

2.       Daily camping fee for site with facilities including ablutions, showers and caravan sites —

site for not more than 2 persons	12.50
each additional person 16 years and	5.50
over
each additional person under 16 years	2.00
