FOREST MANAGEMENT AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 1995
Made by The Lieutenant-Governor and deputy of the Governor in Executive Council.
Citation
1. These regulations may be cited as the Forest Management Amendment
Regulations 1995.
Principal regulations
2. In these regulations the Forest Management Regulations 1993* are
referred to as the principal regulations.

Regulation 10 amended
3. Regulation 10 of the principal regulations is amended by deleting "12
months" and substituting the following —

Regulation 11 amended
4. Regulation 11 of the principal regulations is amended by deleting "12
months and substituting the following -
" 3 years Regulation 17 amended
5. Regulation 17 of the principal regulations is amended -
(a) by inserting after subregulation (3) the following subregulation -

(3a) If the Executive Director proposes to cancel,
suspend, or refuse to renew the registration of aperson; the Executive Director shall give to the
person s employer notice in writing of the proposal. ,'. and
(b) in subregulation (4) by inserting after "give to the person" the following -
it
and to the person's employer
Regulation 51 amended
6. Regulation 51 of the principal regulations is amended by deleting
everything after "is received" and substituting the following -
at the sawmill -
(a) the log delivery note completed in respect of and accompanying, that timber is immediately signed by a
person employed at the sawmill; and(b) the date and time of receipt is immediately written by the person on the log delivery note.
Regulation 100 amended 7. Regulation 100 of the principal regulations is amended by deleting "in
the Swan (Northern Forest) Region and is".
Regulation 101 amended
8. Regulation 101 (1) of the principal regulations is amended by deleting
paragraph (a) and substituting the following paragraph -
" (a) at any one time remove more than one tonne of firewood from a public firewood area; or
