An Act to amend th,e "Forest Board Act." [Assented to, 2'7th October, 1

HEREAS it is expedient to amend an Act number 8Iof 1875,?reamble.
W | bp the Governor of the Province of South Australia, with the advice |
and consent of the Legislative Council and House of Assembly of the said Province, in this present Parliament a~sembled,~\.as follows: |
l. The Forest Board and every Local Focest Board shall have

full power, and shall be deemed to have had full power since the | |
passing of the Forest Board Act," to lease all lands, buildings, and other property, of whatsoever nature, held by such Board in trust under the provisions of the "Forest Board Act," or of this Act, or |
buildings, and other property, of whatsoever nature, held in trust by the Forest Board under the "Forest Board Act," and situated within the Forest District in and for which such Local Forest Board shall be appointed, shall vest in such Local Forest Board immediately on its appointment; and all lands, buildings, and other property, of | District |
2. Whenevera Local Forest Board shall be appointed by thevestingofpropert~
Governor, under the provisions of the "Forest Board Act," all lands, |
