Forensic Procedures Amendment Regulations 2007

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Forensic Procedures Act 2000 .6 August 2007

1Short titleThese regulations may be cited as the Forensic Procedures Amendment Regulations 2007 . 2CommencementThese regulations take effect on the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette. 3Principal RegulationsIn these regulations, the Forensic Procedures Regulations 2001 are referred to as the Principal Regulations. 4Regulation 4 amended (Corresponding laws) Regulation 4 of the Principal Regulations is amended as follows: (a) by omitting from paragraph (e) " Criminal Law (Forensic Procedures) Act 1998 " and substituting "Criminal Law (Forensic Procedures) Act 2007"; (b) by omitting from paragraph (g) "Chapter 8A of, and Schedule 4 to," and substituting "Chapter 17 of".
