(Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Foreign States Immunities Act 1985.

1. Regulation 3 of the Foreign States Immunities Regulations is repealed and the following regulation substituted:

Taxes: no immunity in proceedings

“3. The provisions of the laws of Australia with respect to taxation specified in the Schedule are prescribed for the purposes of section 20 of the Act.”.
