Foreign States Immunities Regulations 2(Amendment)

I, The Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the Foreign States Immunities Act 1985.

1.   Amendment

1.1   The Foreign States Immunities Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

2.    Schedule (Laws of Australia)

2.1   Part 1:

After item 15, insert:

“16 Sales Tax Assessment Act 1992”.
